Two clocks run on every BlueChip casino payout. The first belongs to the casino: a request sits in Pending for up to 12 hours while the financial department checks it. Once the status turns to Approved, the money has left BlueChip and the second clock belongs to the payment system. That means up to 50 hours more for IMPS, or up to 4 or 36 hours for the two NetBanking channels. Each payout runs from ₹1,000 to ₹50,000 per transaction, and the casino charges no withdrawal fee.

UPI deposits, IMPS withdrawals
UPI only works inward at BlueChip. The BlueChip minimum deposit by UPI QR, UPI Fast, PhonePe QR or Google Pay is ₹300, the ceiling ₹100,000 per deposit, with nothing charged by the casino. Winnings cannot return to UPI: the cashier pays by IMPS, NetBanking, bank transfer, PayTM to Wallet or Tether USD instead. Where a BlueChip payout sits, status by status
- Pending. The request waits for the casino's finance team, up to 12 hours.
- Approved. Funds have left BlueChip; IMPS adds up to 50 hours, NetBanking up to 4 or 36.
- Completed. The rupees reach your account.
- Rejected means an unverified account, wrong details or a bank refusal. Submitted means the request broke off and the money is back on your balance.
The 36-hour NetBanking channel stops for weekends and holidays. Anything requested from Friday after 9 am IST until Sunday 24:00 IST is processed on Monday by end of day. If the payment system's time runs out and nothing has arrived, support asks for the date, time and sum, plus a full PDF bank statement. Those investigations take about 72 hours on average.
BlueChip verification
KYC is mandatory, though BlueChip lets players finish it after registration and recommends doing it before the first payout. After the BlueChip login, upload from Profile, settings and Verify Identity:
- a national ID card (both sides), passport biodata page or residence permit, valid for at least 3 more months;
- a selfie holding that document;
