The writers
Callum RourkePayout times and payment railsCallum spent six years in the payments team of a UK bank, where Faster Payments and card push transfers were his daily work. He reads casino help centres for the one line that matters: when the money actually leaves.
Writes the timing board, the method pages and the reviews.
Aoife BrennanTerms, limits and the Irish and NZ marketsAoife reads terms and conditions clause by clause: minimums, caps, reversal rules and what a verification hold really means. She covers the casinos that take players in Ireland and New Zealand.
Writes the Ireland and New Zealand hubs, the withdrawal-times guide and the Trustly page.
How the work is split
Callum covers the money's path: processing promises, Visa Direct and Mastercard Send, open banking, PayPal and wallet payouts, and how long each takes after the casino releases it. Aoife covers the conditions: verification, closed-loop rules, cancel rules, limits, fees, and the Irish and New Zealand markets. Each reads the other's pages before they go live.
Rules we keep
- Every time comes from the casino's own help centre, payments table or terms, with the date we read it.
- Qualifiers stay in. "Most withdrawals", "aim to" and "after approval" are part of the figure, not decoration.
- The casino's own pages come first; where they are silent, we use the most consistent figure among the leading reviews and check it against the operator's licence record.
- We do not claim to have timed withdrawals ourselves. A stated time is what the casino commits to, not a test result.
- The order on our board follows what casinos publish: a short time, a named method and a clear condition rank highest.
